VASAP probation violation, and PO change?
Posted by: Confused ()
Date: November 28, 2011 01:24PM

So I got two tickets while on probation, and all the rules just tell me to report them to my PO, but my PO does not work at VASAP anymore. Has anyone had to report any new citations or arrests to thier PO?

Yeah stupid, you need to report it to you new PO, it isn't like you get off probation because your PO leaves you dumbass.

The next year of your life is going to suck, big time....maybe even the next year and a half, it'll probably take 3 months before they even get to the violation, welcome to hell, enjoy your long stay, and you'll surely be back.

"Confused"? You're "confused"? What are you "confused" about? The law?

How about you grow up and stop breaking the law? Then? You won't be so "confused". I hope your PO breaks their foot off in your ass.

This is not a place to come for help. This is certainly not a place for criminals to come for help. Again, THAT'S what your PO is for.

And thanks for committing crimes in the 703, shithead. Fucking MS-13 wetback...I tell ya'...

While its doubtful anyone been through that exact situation (although im sure a few have been on probation) since POs usually dont leave their jobs, everyone is right. Just because he moves on to a new job doesnt mean that you are off probation. You will get a new probation officer to take over your case who you will be responsible to report too

been through "the system" many times, and he's fucked...so yes I can talk from experience, I'm just being straight up with him so he doesn't have false hopes of slipping through the system because his PO left, not trolling.

To be honest, it's a tough call on what your next move ought to be. What exactly are you charged with? If it's something real small, I would just try to slip on by or get an attorney and get off the charge.

Yes fuckwad, I went through ASAP 2 years ago and you are fucked! My advice is to get some soap on a rope for jail but I am sure you will get ass fucked in there anyway! I also hope they take away your license permanently as you obviously can't drive worth a fuck. I bet you are Asian.

I went through VASAP 5 years ago when I was still in college. Personally, I did not give a fuck and violated probation a total of 3 times due to alcohol related offenses. You absolutely have to report any new charges or they will violate you immediately. Your new PO may have let you slide with a single charge, but if you got two, they most likely will revoke your probation and issue a warrant for your arrest. You'll now have a Failure to Comply w/ ASAP charge. At this point you better clean your act up or else you are fucked for a really long time. In my case, I just got tons of community service and treatment classes. All charges were eventually dismissed (this was over the course of 1.5 years) and not once was I ever convicted; but I also paid a shitload for a boss attorney.

It's all about money. A DUI charge nets the Commonwealth, insurance companies, and private attorneys thousands. Think of it like a parking ticket that continues to fuck you for at least 5 years.

Why were you driving on a revoked license when you were so close to completion in the first place?

Some here really get off on the prison rape fantasies. Probably a reason for that, but I'll leave it to their psychiatrists. My guess is that you will be going to prison though, not for the probation violation but for the driving on suspended. The way you need to deal with the problem is to go out and hire an attorney. Actually you should have hired an attorney immediately after you got the tickets, but that is water under the bridge.

Well I reported it to my PO and he said its up to the judge to decide my fate, he said im probably going to get the fine and the charge. And with the revoked charge ima hire an attorney

He probably wont go to prison (although I dont know what his probation is for but Im guessing DUI) but jail or ADC is very likely for 2 or 3 days at least. Id be shocked to if the probation wasnt extended or started over

Yes you can get one, whether or not that will matter is a different story since you committed the offense while on probation.

Will probably depend on the judge. The revoked charge is the one to worry about. 2 days in ADC is terrible for your background and employment history but from a doing time standpoint is as easy as it gets. Someone I used to know went there, quite a bit actually

Goddamn...you're still here? Why don't you get a sense of right and wrong and stop your crime spree here in the 703? What's wrong with you? C'mon, man...grow up and fly right.
