Yo i call that harrasment. We was going to DC and was 5 of us when the cops pulled us saying he thought 5 people in a car was suspicious. And then asking us to show our ID's. Can they pull you over if they see driving around with full car? Holla back

Depends how old you are. From the way you write, I would assume 12, so that in and of itself would be suspicious as most 12 year olds can't be behind the wheel. However, if you are under 18 and hold a learner's permit or a driver's license, Virginia law says you may only carry one passenger who is under age 18 while you hold a permit and during the first year that you drive. After that, you may only carry three passengers who are under age 18, until you reach age 18.

Nah i aint underage, i am grown man. I wasn't doing anything illegal or driving crazy, na'mean. And the stupid cop threatened to lock up my friend when he said he aint got no ID cuz he is from Europe. How the fuck they expect you to have an ID when you only visiting and dont live here.

How old do you look? Again, you sound 12. I expect him to have an ID because I assume he has one. How did he get into the country without one? Federal law requires that all non-U.S. citizens carry evidence of their lawful status with them at all times. That is why he expects an ID. It sounds like you are guilty of something - driving while stupid.

Was the drivers side seat leaned all the way back? Maybe the cop pulled you over because he didn't see anyone driving the car?
