Stephanie Shroud (if that is the correct spelling of her last name) has been seen in Northern, VA, area-wide banks.

AMERICAN
WHITE
DARK BROWN HAIR

Last seen with a white sweat-shirt, hood over her head.

Please stay tuned to local news stations: 9, 7, 4, 5 and 8.

Contact the police IF you see this woman.

This ROBBING WOMAN is also somewhere out there. Okay? So? Has this woman been CAUGHT???

I AM HOPING THIS LADY IS CAUGHT SO THAT SHE GETS THE PUNISHMENT SHE DESERVES AND TURNS HER LIFE AROUND.

WORK AND MONEY EARNED PUTS FOOD ON THE TABLE, PUTS A ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD...LAZINESS MAKES ONE HOMELESS, ALONE AND FLAT OUT MISERABLE.

ONCE A CRIMINAL IN THE SYSTEM, ALWAYS A CRIMINAL...SHE'LL CARRY THIS TO HER GRAVE. SAD...
