WITH JAY LENO - Friday, February 8, 11:35 p.m. (WRC-TV 4) "Karlos
Borloff," the star of "Monster Madhouse" and "Monster Madhouse Live"
will be seen in a preproduced segment, taped last week at the NATPE
Conference in Las Vegas. The segment, taped with "Ross the Intern,"
will also include footage from the Northern Virginia produced

large group of supporting characters, including Countess Contessa

I saw the clip and it certainly looked to me like Borloff was a freak. 10 seconds of Borloff trying to figure out what the convention was about and then a 5 second clip of Borloff running around screaming.

Every cable company in the US is trying to do away with public access. Verizon is the leader in this area. In VA Verizon attempted to go right to the state and bypass local govt. Channel 10 in Fairfax is one of the top access stations in the country because they have Washington lobbyest working for and with them - it will be a long, long time before FCAC is shut down, if ever. They'll be the last ones doing it, and any station in the area gets a shadow benefit.
