I am so glad that the Springfield Mall is going to be razed. Now if we could get rid of that tacky KMart shopping center on the other side of OKM/Franconia, Central Springfield might actually become safe again.

Holy shit....Read the article. That dude has got some serious issues....Shooting people at random; shooting people in the parking lot of a police station; then shooting it out with 7 cops near Springfield Mall. Just like the O.K. Corral - just as rustic and backassed.

I like the irony of your thread title, cuz this guy in no way fits the "stereotypical Springfield shooter" role. They showed his pic on the news the other night, he looks like a real yuppy type. I was expecting some gangster lookin dude, but this nutcase looks like someone from your accounting department...

Yah, if you read the article, the dude is a white-collar business type who got caught scamming associations. He clearly lost his marbles when the scam was uncovered. Not a gangbanger; not some crazy Warcraft gamer.

He sure doesn't look hispanic... why were so many racists coming out and saying the shooter was likely hispanic because it happened in Springfield?
