the same team of really great administrators who apparently operate with the highest degree of intellect and integrity decided to allow a friendly contractor to dump behind the school bordering the Potomac watershed area [is that what it's called] and your tax dollars are going to pay for the removal of over 200 truckloads of fill.

Funny, the county is in a 200 million dollar budget shortfall too.
