Old lebanese butcher building falls church

After several years(was lawsuit involved?, insurance wouldn't pay?) looks like the rebuilding effort is going whole hog. Will the lebanese butcher be returning to that site?
The Lebanese cafe in Tyson's does that have same ownership. sign is the same

We don't use that butcher so much, however we do use the interestingly-named "supermarket" (lol!) a couple doors down every other month or so:
