Do all FCPS students get out at 1PM today?

I do not remember the last time Halloween was on a Monday.
Do all FCPS students get out at 1PM today?
I already hear large groups of them walking down the street.
How soon will the kids start knocking on the door?
2PM? 3PM? 4PM?
Why the fuck does Fairfax County let them out so god damn early?

Well I would not mind it so much if some of the kids were white like me. But they are not. The majority of the kids in my neighborhood are the children of illegals.

Elementary schools get out early every Monday. It's a half day for them every week. The teachers are busy 'prepping' on Monday afternoons. This is frequently done at the mall, gym, or while mowing the lawn.

Newsflash...FCPS elementary schools let out early on Mondays. They've been doing it for at least 35 years. It has nothing to do with Halloween.

That explains the group of teachers I saw having a late lunch last Monday (about 3:30). I did not know that they got our early every Monday.
