Well, what? Are you a registered voter??? As a registered voter in Virginia, the candidates have access to the Voter Vault database of registered voters. While you think this is some sort of conspiracy on how he got your address, the reality is that he didn't use tactics that any other official running for office didn't use.
Any information that you have on record, is considered public access. Home address, phone number, etc. Just wait until the RoboCalls start kicking in. The calls might not be this campaign, but they sure as heck will be during next year's presidential campaign.
