Probably not long, people get shot and stabbed at West Falls Church all the time. It won't be long before violent criminals from places like Ballston and East Falls Church set up shop in Tysons.

You'd like to think the management of Tyson's could learn from what happened at Springfield Mall when METRO setup shop there. You'd like to think the management of Tyson's could learn from the FCPD's ignorance/disinterest regarding the surge in overall gang violence and activity in the early-mid 90's which they are only now beginning to comprehend and will take 20 years or more to contain.
On the surface, Tysons is a much more upscale mall than Springfield ever was. Perhaps this means Tysons' predictable fall from grace will just be that much more glorious.
Either way, crime is coming to Tysons Corner Center. A subway doesn't just allow people to GO from one place to another...it also BRINGS people from one place to another.

What??? We own a property that we rent out one block from the West Falls Church metro. It's been broken into several times in the past twenty years, but I've never heard of shootings and stabbings at the metro.
