It seems a bit much to bring into court but I know from personal experience how frustrating it can be when someone lets their precious dogs crap all over your yard and they walk away.
Maybe she had just had enough of it.

Pick that SHIT up ! Those of you that let that dog run off and doo their business on common areas or others lawns ARE LOSERS! Sue them! Lazy asses. Your kids learn that technique from you, the adults.

What a waste of time. This could have been dealt with outside of court. I would have went out picked the crap up, follow the dog and owner and then dropped it in front of their home.

Based on the wording of the article, there's a lot more than dog poop between the two parties.

Zakrzewski and Cornell have long had a tense relationship. Records show that Virginia Cornell’s sister, Christine Cornell, filed a criminal complaint accusing Zakrzewski of driving recklessly on the grounds of their complex in 2008. A jury found Zakrzewski not guilty.

“It’s somebody filing nuisance charges to upset and to hurt me,” Zakrzewski said. “That’s how these people spend their life.”

It's not a lawsuit-there were actual criminal charges filed in this case. Awesome. People need to find a hobby, like model airplanes, landscape painting, or treating their bodies like amusement parks like most normal people.

This Cornell cunt needs to get her head out of her ass, and perhaps pick up her own shit. Talk about fucking no life. What a fucking dumb bitch, that has nothing to do but waste the civil courts time, and couldn't secure a guilty verdict again, on a preponderance of the evidence.

News flash - lots of critters poop, like foxes. They are bigger than a lot of small dogs.

I'm glad this is being publicized. We have lots of folks walking around with plastic bags in their hands but not using them! I have seen several people pretend to pick up the stuff and just walk away.
