LOL Ever heard of University of Fairfax? http://www.ufairfax.net/
Not to be confused with another bullshit institution, University of Northern Virginia, this University of Fairfax offers unaccredited Masters and Doctorates in IT security programs.
Looks like the headquarters is at 2070 Chain Bridge in Vienna.

I heard through the grape vine that a local agency likes to recruit out of this shell university.
The courses are though, I would suggest already having a degree from a reputable university before getting into this venture. Its main focus is IT stuff....
