I think rookie QBs are way more prepared to start right out of school than they were in the past,,,
Plenty of teams have been having success with rookies in the last few years,,
Also, there's some young QBs backing up starters who may be available,,,Matt Flynn, Clausen etc, that may be able to move into a starter role,,,

The Ravens are consistently good because the team has had owners that let the personnel people and coaches do their job without meddling. Danny Boy has Jerry Jones as his mentor.
