Isn't that where Gravis used to go to meet women? That was before he met his law abiding beautiful wife (I don't want to piss two people off, he will piss her off soon enough).

I can speak from experience, it is horrible! I was housed there in what the call the "Hilton" and was exposed to strip searches! There were rumoured issues that there were drugs, 30 or so deputies came in, stripped searched us, male guards ransacked our rooms and laughed, if there is a way for you to not be there, then opt for alternative measures. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy!

Here is a detailed account of my experience in Fairfax County Jail. I was convicted of DUI 1st with a BAC of over .20. I was sentenced to 180 days with 170 suspended. So essentially a 10 day jail sentence. They credit you with a full day for the 6-8 hours you spend in jail on the night you were arrested. So the actual time I spent in jail was nine days.

After sentencing you are immediately handcuffed by the deputy in the court room and lead out the side door of the court room. (Note: you do not get to say goodbye or talk to loved ones. You are immedaitely handcuffed and taken away). Once through the side door you make a left and right in front of you there are two holding cells like the kind you see in the moves (floor to ceiling bars). A second deputy takes your personal possessions (wallet, money, belt, shoe laces, etc) and puts them in bag. You are then locked in one of two cells for a brief wait until someone comes to take you downstairs to the actual jail. My wait was about 10 minutes. I was escorted into an elevator opposite my holding cell and taken down the jail. Once you exit the elevator you are back in the same part of the jail you were in on the night you were arrested.

In this part of the jail the process is very similar to one on the night you were arrested. Your picture is taken, your prints are taken, they record your personal belongings (money, etc.). If you wear a suit or dress shirt to court i would recommend wearing a t-shirt underneath it. You can only wear one shirt in the holding cell and you will be more comfortable in the t-shirt. After that you are put in the exact same holding cell you spent time in on the night you were arrested. I figured since i was going to be spending 9 days at the jail that my stay in here would be short. I was wrong. I was put in the holding cell at 11:00a on Friday with about 15 others who were sentenced to anywhere from 5 days to 1 yr plus. We were not transferred out of the holding cell until 10p on Saturday night; so 35 hours later. Needless to say 35 hours is a long time to sit in a chair. It also means you will have 5 meals that consist of only baloney sandwiches and milk. If you can get a chair next to the wall do it so you have something to rest your head on and get some sleep. 35 hours of no sleep is not good.

At about 10p on Saturday we were taken out of the holding cell in groups of five and taken to a room where you are issued your jail clothes and "supplies." You are given a green jump suit, gym shorts, gym shirt, really bad shoes, two sheets, one blanket, a towel, wash cloth, and a hygiene kit (shower gel, tooth paste, small toothbrush)in mesh bag. You are required to change in front of the deputy. IMPORTANT: If you are wearing white socks, white underwear, or a white t-shirt you can keep them. If you have any color on any of these three items they will take them from you. If that happens you will not have socks or underwear to wear. You will be required to go without these items until you get commissary rights). From this room you will be taken to a large cell with bars on it that will be full of guys waiting to be transferred to a DT cell. This is the progression. Holding Cell to DT Cell and if you are doing more than 10 days on to one of the floors in the jail. If you are doing less than 10 days the DT cells are your last stop. This is a bad thing.

More to follow tomorrow. The prevailing message here is stop fucking up and don't go to jail. It is not a place you want to be.

I've never been to jail, but I know a few people who have spent time in the fairfax county jail.

If it's any consolation (I'm assuming you are asking because you know you are about to get sentenced to jail) the biggest complaint I've heard from people is that they couldn't smoke while in the jail.

If that's the worst part of being there, it must not be that bad.

Like thefacts said, wear white socks and underwear, maybe 2 pairs, they will be good to have when you get processed.

Have money in your pocket, that will go straight to your canteen account instead of waiting for family to send you some.

When you talk to the intake officer, tell him you are a gang member, they'll put you in segregated housing. When they ask if you've thought of taking your own life, tell them you might like to take theirs.

Show up tired and constipated, because when you're locked up in holding with 5 or 10 people no one wants someone with the shits around.

Bring some condoms in case you need to cornhole one of your fellow inmates, or if you have to perform favors to get that extra scoop of mac n cheese @ chowtime!

It's probably not like the women's jails you see on Cinemax around 11:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Continued from previous post.

Forgot one thing in previous post. While in holding cell and before you get your clothes etc. you are taken to an office to be classified. Here you are interviewed by a deputy. They ask about employment, where you live, previous convcitions, drug use, etc. Based on these factors (primarly what you were charged with) you are classified. This determines what part of jail you will end up in and who your neighbors will be. Generally speaking DUI, suspended licence, drunk in public, etc are kept together.

Last post ended with being in large cell waiting to get transferred to DT cells. They remove five guys at a time to be transferred to DT. First stop is the nurses office where you are stuck with a needle. This is your TB test. Before you can be moved into general population you need to pass the TB test. You are asked pointedly on several occassions if you are depressed or ever considered suicide. Warning here, if you answer yes you will be assigned to an R-Cell. This is basically solitary confinement. No tv, light on in cell 24/7, guys in cell next to you singing for hours on end. My view on R-cell is that if you are crazy you will be twice as crazy when you get out of there. From the TB test you are led to your DT cell.

Bottom line DT cells suck. You enter the cell through a large sliding metal door. You step inside the door to a common area or room that is about 8.5 feet by 17 feet (this is extremely small). In the center of the room is a steel picnic table that is bolted to the floor. At the front of the room is a toilet which faces one of the nastiest showers you will ever see. There is a small tv on the wall. You share this space with 6-8 guys. Off this room there are four smaller cells (7 x 10) with heavy solid metal doors (cells A-D). Generally speaking two guys are assigned to each small cell. Each smaller cell has a toilet, one "bed", and two thin foam mattresses. So one gets the bed and the other gets the floor. The guy who gets the floor will be sleeping next to the toilet because of how small the cell is. The guards assign you to the bed or the floor. If you get B upper you have the bed if you get B lower you have the floor. Lower = floor. A bed is actually a ledge carved into the cinderblock wall. If you are claustrophobic you are going to struggle in the DT cells.

If you are serving more than 10 days you will be moved from DT to your assigned part of the jail in a day or two.

If you are serving 10 days or less you will not leave the DT cell. You will not be transferred to the actual jail. There is no point in them getting you into the system only to let you out in less than two weeks. This has some very real drawbacks. 1) No commissary in DT Cells; so you will not be able to buy underwear, socks, snacks, toothpaste, etc. If you wear colored underwear to jail and they take it from you, you will be without underwear for all ten days in DT. 2) No library priveleges, so no books or reading material. 3) No gym or recreation time. Once in the DT Cell you will not leave it until your release. 4) No dining hall. The food is awful in DT.

Your day begins in DT at 4am at which time the guards wake you for breakfast. You exit the small cell into the common area and sit at the picnic table. The table fits six guys barely. If there are 8 guys in your DT cell two will have to stand and eat. After breakfast you are locked back into your small cell from 6a-7a for shift change. At 7a you are let out of your cell into the common room again. At 8a there is inspection. You are expected to be in the common area with your back against the wall and your blanket, gym shorts, gym shirt, towel and washcloth draped over your arm. At 8a they lock you out of your small cells which means all 6-8 guys are locked into the common room. You are locked into the common room with no access to your smaller cell until 6pm. So ten hours. I had six guys in my DT cell. In order for all of us to fit in the common room we had to arrange ourselves in the following way. Two guys laid on the picnic table (one on each bench). Two guys laid on the floor on each side of the picnic table and then one guy each in front of and behind the table. With that configuration there is no room to walk in the room unless someone stands up. You lay on the floor this way for 10 hours. The only thing to do is watch tv. Lunch is at 11p which is baloney sandwiches no more milk. Dinner is 5p again no milk. You get milk for breakfast and after that the only liquid is what you drink out of the sink which is attached to the toilet. At 6p you are locked back into your little cell for shift change (6p-7P). This is supposed to last from 6-7p but you are on the guards time so it will take as long as it takes. At 7pish they let you back out into the common room until about 11p. 11p is lockdown and you are locked back into your little cell to sleep until 4a when the cycle repeats itself.

A couple of points. The lights never go off or are even dimmed at any point when you are in the holding cell or in the DT cells. Plan to take your shits either between 7a-8a or 7p-11p. These are the times when you can move between the common room and your small cell. Most guys are in the common room during these times. At any other time you will be shitting either in the common room while 6-8 guys are trapped in the room (and pissed at you) or when you are locked in the small cell and your cellmate's head will be two feet from the toilet you are dumping in. Needless to say not good times.

At no point did i see any fights or physical aletercations. Honestly its just boring and extremely uncomfortable. Your hungry, tired, and dirty. Mind your business, be cool, and don't cause trouble with other guys and particularly the gaurds.

Release time is 12:01 am. So if you are sentence to five days you will serve four because the time on the night/day of your arrest counts as a full day. So if you go in on Friday to serve four days you will be release at the end of day Monday (or 12:01 am on Tuesday).

Jail is no place to spend any time. If the experience doesn't cause you to make some life changes you are probably doomed to end up back there.

Happy to answer questions if you have them.

Fairfax still locks you out during the day unless you're on the new side (direct supervision)...there you get access to your cell and the day room all day (except during shift changes).

The old side is pretty much as described by thetruth and his long winded posts.

Another thing to note, if you're sentenced on a misdemeanor you do 50% of the time (i.e. 10 day sentence is 5 days time) you get credit for the day you were in the jail on arrest, leaving 4 days to serve. the one minute past midnight counts as a full day. So if you start your time on say July 1st, your release should be July 3rd at midnight (technically July 4th at 12:01am). Felonies I believe you serve something like 85% of the time.

Additionally to thetruth's posts...once in DT's you get the same food as the rest of the general population in the jail, no better no worse. And you can ask the deputies to turn the lights off in DTs at night...depending on the deputy they'll say "yes" or "fuck you"...just ask and don't be a dick.

For those of you that have done time in other counties and plan on staying at Fairfax, don't call the deputies "C.O."...that tends to piss them off and if you had any hope of getting help from them, it's gone.

Thus ends my contribution to a thread no one truly gives a shit about.

I recently spent time in there, in the womens section, for a first offense DUI. The cops in there treat people like garbage rubbish and are very abusive. It does not matter how civil or cordial you are, they just bark at you and treat you like crap. If a cop is walking you down the hallway to a different section they sometimes rough you up. You are handcuffed as it is, but as soon as they are out of camera view, they might slam you into the concrete wall or twist the handcuffs behind your back while you are wearing them. They whole place is pretty filthy, it smells bad because a lot of people don't have outside funding for comissary privileges and can't afford basic hygine items. They don't have cleaning services contracted out, it is the other inmates that have to do the cleaning, and they are pissed off because they have to do it, so they don't put in much effort. I spent time in the "tank", on the 3rd floor in general population, and in the C unit where the violent criminals are housed. I also saw how the weekender program works and spent some time in the Pre Release Center (PRC). I am home now with an ankle bracelet - they call that the Electronic Incarceration Program. I wasn't supposed to go to the 3rd floor or into General Population, but because they got the paperwork mixed up, I pretty much had the grand tour of the place. It's very rough. The food look and smells like it came out of a dog food grinder. If you have health issues in there, you will suffer, because the medical attention is horrible. You have to wear a green jumpsuit in there until you earn the status of "trustee" and then you are switched over to a red jumpsuit. It's difficult for women because if you need to use the bathroom, you have to take off your entire jumpsuit in front of everyone else. Like one of the previous posters said, wear plain white undergarments or else they will be taken away from you. If your undergarments have any sort of pattern or design on them or any color, they will be taken away from you. Also, for the women, wear a plain white bra that doesn't have an underwire - or else they will take that away from you too. Take cash in with you so that it's deposited into your inmate account immediately. That way you'll be able to purchase basic items from their commissary. Don't speak to the guards or cops unless you are spoken to, don't even look them in the eye. They take it as some sort of disrespect and disobedience and they give you a real hard time for it. The Pre Release Center is MUCH better than the main Adult Detention Center (ADC). If you can get yourself approved for that during your classification interview, by all means do it. At least over there you aren't on complete lock down and you can use the vending machines. It's much cleaner over there and the guards are much more decent. But to get in there, you have to piss clean during your drug test. If you piss dirty, you won't be able to stay there, and believe me - the PRC is a huge improvement over the ADC.

Wow Voice of Reason. Why are you so hostile?

Someone on this board asked what the conditions were like and how things were run on the inside. I was simply answering that thread honestly. I know that I drank and drove. I am ashamed of that. I'll never do it again. I have a clean past and no other record. I'm a home owner, a full time employee with a professional career, and overall I am a pretty responsible person. But you are right, I committed a crime. I had a few drinks and I drove my car. That was wrong of me. I'm not arguing that and nobody is debating that fact. I was only providing an insiders description of what it is like in there, in response to someone that asked about it. So chill out, no need for your abrasive comments.

I, too, would like a more detailed description of the lesbian going-ons of the female wing of the Fairfax County ADC.

I'm sure it wasn't the cream of the crop on the inside, but there had to be some hot con-on-con action at least once during your stay.

Spill.

What was your BAC?

How much did you drink?

Did you eat anything before you drank?

What is your approximate height and weight?

Please advise.

Concur.

In any event, I thought that most first time DUIs got suspended sentences pending successful completion of programs. You must have had a not too splendid lawyer.

GMU Hokie - my bac was .13, I'm 137 lbs and 5'2. I'm short and slender. The only thing I had to eat was some chips & salsa and I had 3 gin and tonics.

ITrade - you are right. I spent $3,500 on my lawyer but he wasn't that good. Most first offense DUIs receive a 10 day sentence with all time suspended. That's not what happened in my case. Everyone that hears my story is very surprised by the outcome. Fairfax is really cracking down. Not only do I have a completely clean record, I also have +5 points on my drivers license.

Most definitely not the type of women's prison you'd see on Cinemax on a Saturday night.

Perhaps post the identity of your counsel. Since the question of DUI counsel comes up at least once a month, this might be a good "anti referral".

Some of you seem desperate to hear "jailhouse lesbian stories." If someone really wants to know such details they should go commit a crime and get locked up in there. Nothing like first hand experience. For the record, there was no such activity going on. Sorry to ruin your fantasies.

Thanks for your honesty.

With a little food in your stomach, you might have been under .08.

That still might have warranted a driving while impaired which is less serious than driving while intoxicated.

My guess is that q'p is a liar. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY gets that kind of time for a DWI. To get on the electronic incarceration program you need to have some significant time (not a couple days). Q'P talks like she's been in the system a few times. The 'cops' arent going to rough up an old hag for kicks. Too much at risk. I'd suggest she come clean with what she's really in for.

I was in the Fairfax County Jail for 40 days and 40 nights. It was my first time in jail. The place was like a dungeon. Noisy. the deputies were the meanest SOBs you ever wanted to meet. It was the worst 40 days of my life. I actually was able to convince the assholes in recieving that I was crazy and had mental problems so I spent most of the time in the Psych pod. so it was quieter and I was locked down most of the time. This was like 8 years ago and I never went back. I was in the local jail here (mahoning county) (ohio) and it was cleaner, the food was better, and the deputies were alot easier to get along with...

the "justice" system here treats people like subhuman animals that should be kicked just for even being at a courthouse. it's a mix of corruption, apathy, arrogance and prejudice. what's worse is that there are far worse places on this planet. humanity is such a waste.

I have known 2 people who were in the ADC in Fairfax for 90 days - both were #1 DWI, but they had resisting arrest and property damage, plus one bozo tried to elude the cops and leave the scene of the accident, so each had like 4 charges, not just a simple DWI. So, there probably is more to the story if its a #1 DWI.

All of these posts by people about the ADC make me laugh. i was in that hellhole for 300 days-- on cellblocks 3S1, 3S3 and 3S4. During that time, my cellmates included a robber with a long record, a drrug addict, a gang banger (affiliated with MS-13), a spanish guy who couldnt speak a word of english (he was my best cellie), and a black dude that showered about once/week....many of the people that i encountered in that place had severe mental problems.. i spend some time in solitary confinement in a cell that was about the size of the average bathroom in your house. its amazing how fucking small your world can get when you are in solitary...and how you learn to appreciate very very simple things.. like getting a shower every 2 days, or making a phone call, or eating dried noodles out of a cellophane pack..or reading a 20 yr old book

what's the ADC like? what did i see during my 300 days at ffax ADC?

I saw plenty of violence (inmate-on-inmate and deputy-on-inmate). I saw no rapes or anything like that.. Saw medical neglect by medical staff.. Saw (and experienced what amounted to a starvation diet).. saw 15 inmates crammed into cellblocks on the B-floor that were designed to hold 5 or 6 inmates.

>>saw my cellie get beat into unconsciousness by a man who was going down the road for his second robbery conviction. my cellie was about my size--6ft, 240 lbs. my cellie broke the guy's jaw on the first punch, but then the guy just went wild and buzzsawed my cellie with about 20 punches until my cellie went down and went unconscious. dude turned around and asked me if i wanted some. i shut the fuck up. this whole fight was the result of my cellie calling this guy a faggot.

>>saw the deps twist a guy's arm halfway up his back until i heard it break.. the dep was about 200 lbs and the inmate was about 140 lbs and was not resisting.. this happened on the B-floor

>>saw a little mongolian guy (who was in for assaulting a cop and drunk in public) who was about 5'4 and 140 lbs completely beat the shit outta this fat spanish guy (who was about 220lbs)..the spanish guy was about 21 yrs old, gang affiliated, and was in for a stabbing murder somewhere in 7 corners area....the spanish dude tormented this little mongolian guy relentlessly for about a month.. then one day, the magazine cart came and the mongol saw a national geographic magazine with an article about mongolia prominently displayed on the cover.. well, he grabbed that mag from the trusty and looked at it all day, proudly reminiscing about his home country. well, the spanish dude thought it would be funny to hide the mag from the mongol. he did it.. mongol got pissed. they went into an upstairs cell for about 15 mins and the spanish guy came flying outta that cell like the devil was after him. he didnt have many cuts, but he had a righteous black eye..the little mongol gave it to him good. who says that David cant kick Goliath's ass on occasion??

>>saw one 50 yr old guy (who was in for assaulting a police officer) go into some sort of diabetic fit at breakfast at 430 one morning.. we banged on the cellblock windows to get the deps attention.. guess the dep was sleeping because it took him about 30 mins to enter the block (after they locked us back in).. they hauled the guy out.. dont know what happened to him...

>>saw a former Iraqi war veteran who was in for beating his wife try to hang himself from the second tier at 430 in the morning..the guy was new to my cell block.. that was a hell of a thing to have to see at 430 in the morning.

>> saw a spanish guy lay himself out on the floor in a position similar to jesus being crucified on the cross, with bible in left hand and rosary on his forehead and he shouted something like "papa..papa" over and over again..deps came in an beat the shit out of the guy and then hauled him off

>>saw a 55 yr old black man have a stroke in my cell block.. all i heard was his body hitting the floor.. "thunk"..sounded like when you throw a log on a concrete patio.. i remember the look in his eyes when i ran into his cell.. it was the look that a raccoon gives you when you have trapped him and he has nowhere to go.

>>saw a white guy get knocked completely unconscious because of a disagreement over a card game

>>saw a pakistani guy beat the fuck out of a spanish guy because the spanish guy accidentally spilled water on him.. these guys were both about 140 lbs, but the paki whooped the spic's ass so very badly. the spanish guy had huge gashes above his eyes, on top off his head, across his cheek... it was hard to believe that someone so small could inflict this kind of damage with just hands/fists and in such a short period of time.

>>was in cell next to this black dude named Ja-Bo.. Well Ja-Bo's cell mate was this persian guy who was in for stalking his girl.. The persian guy had this strange light in his eyes.. you could tell he wasnt playing with a full deck mentally. He made the mistake of getting a ton of commissary one time, while Ja-Bo was his cellie.. That night, I listened to Ja-Bo beat this persian guy repeatedly for at least 2 hours..Persian guy didnt say anything,, Just took the ass whooping..Next morning, Ja-Bo had all of the persian guy's commissary.. Persian guy wigged out at morning walk thru and was taken out in a hammer lock by those "manly fairfax county deputies".

let me close with a few observations. I made it out of that place. Still on probation now, but I will complete it shortly. I was lucky to get a good job again. I work hard and WILL NEVER put myself in a position to be in that place again. I value my freedom and dont take for granted things that i took for granted before like the love of my children, the feel of sunshine on my face, fresh air rolling thru my hair (note: i didnt go outside that facility for the entire 300 days i was in there)...I want to do everything that I can to earn back the trust of my community. On the day that I left, DEPUTY LOFTIS looked at me with a sneer and said "you'll be back".. Well, DEPUTY LOFTIS, no I wont.. not in this fucking lifetime. I am OUT, making good money, seeing my kids and abiding by the law. You chose to go to work there, effectively "incarcerating" yourself for a paycheck. As far as I am concerned, the day that I walked outta there was my last day there.

One other comment I'd like to make, i really love these "hardass" fuckers who have the "lock them up and throw away the key" mentality. Yes, for some crimes this is appropriate response..child molesters, rapists, murderers and the like...But the "lock 'em up" approach doesnt apply to the whole incarcerated population. i honestly wish those "hardass", "lock 'em up" fuckers could spend about a year in jail and they may soften their opinion a little bit. I used to have that same opinion, until I went into the ADC. Now, my opinion is tempered with some mercy and the realization that "a man is not defined by how many times he gets knocked down, but by how many times and how quickly he gets back to his feet".

Merry Christmas

Although the deputies don't need to work somebody over I would think they have to be tough to work there. I bet the ratio of inmates to deputies is 10-1 or more.

I am sure most deputies are plenty cyncial as they hear all kinds of stories and excuses. They also see the same people returning again and again. You couldnt help but become jaded by that enviornment.

I'm new here. Going to court 3/21 for my first (and last) DWI, blew a 2.0 and I know these are more serious, nervous wreck about losing my job because of my poor choices.. My court date is on a Monday, I know I'll probably get the five days in jail. Does anyone know if Fairfax County allows those with cases like mine to serve the jailtime on weekends? I don't know what I'll use for work as a reason to take time off and I know I need to plan. Are you allowed to use the phone at all while in there and if so, does the call start with telling the person you're calling that it's a call from the jail? So wish I could go back and do things differently. Thanks for any input.

Don't listen to the jackals on here. It's a cakewalk in there. I don't think you will be able to get weekends. The phonecalls do state you are in jail. Read theother posts in this thread. The longwinded ones tend to hold water. You will be stuck in th dts for those five days which sucks for you

As far as what to tell your work you're on your own there but perhaps honesty will serve the best answer or just ask for for personal time

If you are planning to plead guilty in a plea bargain (not much of a bargain) but anyway, make sure you wear white boxers, white socks and white t-shirt. Wear two pairs if possible. That way, you will have underwear to wear once you are inside. You will not be allowed to keep any other colored items. NOT EXCEPTIONS. You do not want to wait until you have money on your account and get commissary priviledges before you get the opportunity to BUY underwear you won't want once you are out. If you have family there, say your goodbyes BEFORE you stand before the judge. You won't have time once the plea is entered. If possible arrange to have money - Cashier's check, money order etc. placed on your account ASAP. Don't forget, FFX County Jail will nick you $2 per day on your account. Plan to do absolutely nothing. They may have books available depending on where you are. It can be hot in there. You will NOT EVER step outside once you go in -- unless you are there longer than 60 days and qualify for CLF - Community Labor Force. No Sun. No Fresh Air. No kidding. Guys have been there months without ever going outside. Prepare to turn over your life to the whim of the system. It can be rough. It can be VERY boring. The TV might just drive you crazy. It is not a place you should ever want to return to.

I can tell you this isn't true. Fairfax County Court system is bored. They have too many cops with too few REAL cases, so everyone gets treated horribly in the system regardless of how small the offense is. They are out to get you and will lie about it to do so.

While I was waiting to be processed by the abusive magistrate, I overheard a good ole boy cop chewing on his snuff talking about a prisioner they had taken in who was a drunk woman and he was saying how he couldn't wait to 'whip some ass' that night. I guess he planned on using his authority as a police officer to do harm to someone who was beligerent because she was drunk. The talk and language that this cop used to the amusement of way too many other cops was disgusting. They treat people worse than the people that are actually arrested for something.

The cop was belligerent and disgusting beyond belief and he should be fired and committed to an anger management class (at minimum). Half of them were nice, the others thought their S didn't stink and were all full of themselves.

AMEN! There isn't justice in this country. Lost my faith in it in the time I have spent working my case which in most areas is a complete joke and would have been arbitrated. I have a judge from another state complaining about the case and the treatment I've received.

They don't care about justice and there are 80% more money allocated for retaining all these cops than there is for any defense. As a defendant you have NO rights. Any asshole can arrest you for anything folks and you find you have absolutely NO rights to anything.

Beware all you smart asses that have an attitude. You people will be next for something. Fairfax is a rogue bunch of idiots and they are after everyone for anything they can. They are bored and there are too many of them. You see them all out on the roads trying to catch someone for 5 miles over the speed limit so they can raise funds for the government so they can prosecute even more people in an overboard manner rather than give someone a fair trail. Beware...

When you have too many cops and not enough real criminals... it becomes a problem for good people with an incident.

Remember, cops don't become cops because they want to help people.

If you are Hispanic living in Herndon or Fairfax County the cops get total pleasure out of harrasing you in any way possible.

I've yet to come across "Sheriff Andy Taylor" (Mayberry). But I'll be like "Otis" for ten days in the jail.

I did my first night and day there. Horrible experience. Nine more to go.

Love,
A

yea they sure do harasss those hispanics by letting them stand in front the 711 all day drinking pissing on walls and flipping around quarters to gamble. and waving and running to each car to try to find some kind of day work while a person is trying to buy a fucking candy bar from 711. these hispanics get away with anything and if they ever do get aressted they just say my name is jose raul sanchez gomez. then next time the are raul jose gomez matinez so it realy dont matter any fuckin way.

Maloo,

You sound just like the cops I described. Before you make a rebuttal, learn to punctuate a sentence. Wipe.

Sounds like somebody is about to serve time and is scared shitless. Ive served timed in Fairfax county jail, the newer section on the top floor. They call it the Hilton but its far from it. Food tastes like rubber shit, cells are drafty, and the constant cell checks are fucking retarded. When not in lock down, you have access to the common area where theres a couch and cable tv. You can also play volleyball and boardgames, although drug dealers usually cheat at monopoly. They make you wear canvas shoes and booty shorts when playing volleyball which is kinda nerving.

Long story short, I got sick from the cold, drafty cells, I didn't take a shower for the whole week I served time, the food was soo bad I starved myself. Jail sucks, regardless of wear you serve.

ps: watch your corn hole bud.

theyre are are alot of spics in the fairfax county jail. they all are getting deported and they all claim that they are coming right back to the united states. if you are clean cut and white the guards will love you because your not a grimey bitch. if you a nigger or a spic the guards will probably hate you unless the guard is black then he'll like the other blacks. nothing sketchy happens in ffx jail the worst thing would happen is a fight in the bathroom. and you get to snort serequel and trazadone so have fun be safe and do your time. you think your in a bad situation but the guy in jail next to you is probably in jail fro a year or two
