Reporting Scandals

Does anyone have experience reporting local scandals to mass media outlets? How did you go about it, what was the result, etc...?

Merchant Circle lists my "private home address" as a business. My home phone # (..BTW~ I'm ON the Do Not Call List"), My home address, name, Map to my front door. I never listed it and I CANNOT seem to get it deleted. I have attempted to have "the business" listing deleted. But since it is not a business, and I don't Own" the account, then I cannot delete the business listing. Merchant Cicle IS A SCAM.. I fear someone has hi jacked my info and may be utilizing my personal info for fraudulant use. M E R C H A N T - C I R C L E will not respond, they do not care, I did just file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. See if that works... I won't be holding my breath. Meanwhile, phone calls, mailings, general disruptions to our "regular old home life" in Fairfax VA
