I think that last Alexandria address is where those nasty looking housing projects are as you are heading into Old Town on route 1. I wouldn't be surprised to find a guy like this living there.

That would be a great area to live in if it weren't for the low-rent housing around there. I was always sorta surprised that some developer hasn't gone in there, kicked out the riff raff, and built some fancy condos and apartments. It's just such an odd place to have murderer's row accomodations.

Either that or he had no identification [or couldn't remember his address] at the time of his being charged.

930 N Henry St is a homeless shelter...it was a DMV office before that.
