Zumba is Latin/International dance fitness fun that combines salsa, merengue, hip hop, belly, flamenco, funk, cumbia, cha cha, calypso, reggaeton, samba and more to create a workout that feels like a fiesta! No 32-count aerobic format here, we listen and get down to great music and burn up to 600 calories. Multi-level class. No dance experience necessary, just a desire to move and have fun. Steps can be modified to suit any fitness/dance level. You follow my lead or bring on your own moves!
Sundays 3:30-4:30pm
First class is FREE!

I meant that the Zumba class is in a professional Ballet studio, so you can probably gather we are not doing anything like what you are asking. Zumba is about health, fitness and latin/international dancing. If you want horizontal mambo, you will not get it in a Zumba class. Maybe you should go back to Tiajuana.

Zumbamama, I took a Zumba class in NY a few weeks ago and it was so fun! I plan to find a Zumba class in Burke or Reston soon. But you are right, you should not post your class here, it will attract all the low life losers of Fairfax that have nothing better to do but insult women behind their screens (as you already know from all the trashtalking posters that show no sign of intelligence). I teach guitar and piano and I would be scared to have anyone from this board show up for a lesson. You'll have better luck on Craigslist or DC Dance Net. Buena Suerte!

Alexis Wright, a 29-year-old fitness instructor from Wells, has pleaded not guilty to 106 counts of prostitution, invasion of privacy, tax evasion and other charges for allegedly accepting money for sex and secretly videotaping her encounters. Her business partner, Mark Strong Sr., a 57-year-old insurance agent and private investigator from Thomaston, has pleaded not guilty to 59 misdemeanor charges for his alleged role.
Searches of Wright's studio and office have turned up video recordings of sexual acts, billing information and meticulous records about clients, according to court documents.
Based on that information, Kennebunk police have been begun issuing summons to Wright's johns on misdemeanor charges of engaging a prostitute. The names are to be released Friday in police activity reports that are made public every other week, said Lt. Anthony Burpee.
