American Service Center/Alexandria v. HBL/Chantilly

In case you're not aware, American Service Center & MB of Alexandria are owned by the same people, Al Brooks and Mort Zetlin, while HBL & MB of Chantilly are owned by Penske.

Which Mercedes-Benz dealer do you think is the best. Sales, service, parts. WHich have you patronized, what was your experience, and would you go back.

I've bought two CPO cars from ASC & one CPO from HBL. I got a better deal on the purchase of the car from HBL (maybe because I was a little wiser by then), but I prefer ASC's service department. Their parts operation seem to be about the same.

Has anybody gone over to Euro Motorcars, and how was that?

I get my SL shipped directly from the factory in Dusseldorf and have my own mechanic Hermann maintain the vehicle

After vehicle service at both ASC and HBL MB dealerships, one feels absolutely hosed with the cost. BUy and drive another make of vehicle.

European service center in leesburg is a great mech for anything European.
