lol, read the part about "distressed neighborhoods" in leesburg. What idiot picks these, its very schizo , you will never see the same top 10 year after year.

The real "best places" is found by how much an average house costs, unemployment, avg income and then going on greatschools.net to see the local zip codes and determine the reduced or free lunch ratio.

Manassas Park is ranked 56. I wonder what's behind that? All of the foreclosed businesses? The schools that are ranked 3s and 4s on the Great Schools scale of 10? Maybe the Roy Rogers put them over the top!
