What does the "other arrest-miscellaneous" mean?

EINSIG ","JESSE ","D","032"," 940","DEAD RUN ","DR","MCLEAN ","VA","12/31/2006","OTHER ARREST-MISCELLANEOUS

It means they performed the "shocker" with only 2 fingers, which is illegal. Always gotta use three.

I can think of three possibilities:

1) No pre-defined code for the arrest in the computer system. "Other" means what you'd expect on any standardized form (i.e., "not in the list");

2) Too lazy to look up the proper code; or

3) To save someone embarrassment, to protect a minor, etc. i.e., sensitive subject they did not want people like you to find on the Internet!

or they were charged with a say DOT offence that is not in the Fairfax County Code.

In this case, the court information lists the charge as "VIOLATION OF INTERLOCK" and Code Section as "NO DMV".

You can actually look up the results of court cases using http://epwsgdp1.courts.state.va.us/gdcourts - That's how I found out...

The only thing is you have to pay for the information on the court case site. The only info you can get is General District.
