Has renovation finally begun at Pickett Shopping Center or

Is the construction that started a few weeks ago prep for renovation of rest of shopping center or is for the construction of another outbuilding? Like another bank? just what the area needs, like another nail salon and thai restaurant

I'd rather have another Thai rest. or nail salon than another effin bank...

We can do banking electronically but not create Thai food or get our nails done over the internet.
