What's the deal with GMU police

I was cruising up and down 123 by the campus testing out my new front wheel bearings. Yes I have an old car. As I headed south somehow I picked up a GMU cop riding my ass and as I headed back north another or same GMU cop is riding my ass. I was driving 35-40 mph to see if i could hear anything from the front axles. No traffic and the a-hole could have just passed me in left lane. What the eff is up with this kind of shit and I'm not even on GMU campus

Maybe if they write too many tickets on campus the parents complain and the officials tell them to go out on 123 and write some less important people
