Why'd they change best buy

Remember back when best buy used to have big screens on a pole in the middle of their store where they would show what video games the people were playing down below? Why did they change that? People used to marvel at my Super Nintendo skillz from all over the store

they changed it because it's distracting shoppers and that makes them buy less products. also, they dont really need to have customers impressed, they have managed to get a large chunk of the electronics market.

The CompUSA that was near the fair lakes shopping center had that kind of system setup. I remember playing jet set radio, and it appeared on all the screens. People were like 'look at that guy, he's got mad propz'
