Any reviews of Fairfax Hyundai Service Dept?

Hey need some warranty repairs done on my car, Manassas Hyundai has free loaners and an OK service department, but it's so far w/r/t work.

Has anyone used Fairfax Hyundai recently?

I take mine there for all my warranty work, and I've generally been satisfied with them. They do have loaners, but I think you have to call and book them in advance. You can also book your service appointment online at their website.

Make sure to remove any tools, CD's, electronics, etc from your vehicle before getting it serviced. I haven't had problems at this particular location, but have had at others.

ok - called to see about an appointment, those dumbasses told me that I'd have to bring it in first to have it looked at THEN they would decide if I could have one of their few rental cars. How long would that take - 3-5 days?

The car is having multiple electrical issues, not looking for an oil change. What morons. They just lost a chance to get my business.

As with all auto service departments they aren't trying to fill their daily quota on your dime and the technicians are most competent
