ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Three Virginia men have been charged in federal court with illegally buying more than two dozen rifles at a Leesburg gun shop.

The three were arrested Monday after agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms staked out the shop where the purchases were made. Arrested were 25-year-old Jarret Ambers of Sterling; 25-year-old Ahmed Farajallah of Arlington and 40-year-old Steven May of Potomac Falls. All three were in custody Wednesday.

An affidavit states that May and Farajallah persuaded Ambers to buy the rifles in his name and then transfer possession to them, a violation of federal law.

The affidavit states that on three occasions between April and July, Ambers was paid $8,600 to buy a total 26 rifles in his name for May and Farajallah.

They pay him to buy the weapons and then try to transfer possession to them? Sounds highly suspicious to me.

fgr It's called making a false statement to a federal firearms dealer. Also known as a straw purchase. Where one person who is prohibited from purchasing the firearm or doesn't want their name associated with the transaction has another person called the straw man buy the firearm for them. On the application, the purchaser commits the crime when they lie about who the firearm is for.

What they did wrong was buy guns.

No one needs guns, especially 26 of them. They are probably white supremacists and needed them for their KKK meetings.

Seriously though we don't need to have these turds running around with weapons.

If only we could repeal the 2nd amendment...

Ahmed Farajallah is the head dragon of the MD KKK despite not being white. He is 100% blind and none of the other klansmen had the heart to tell him he is white.

Bleu you are the dumbest motherfucker to walk the earth. You like most liberals don't have a fucking clue. If the second amendment were repealed crime would rise just like it did in the UK and has risen in Washington D.C. When firearms are outlawed only cops, military, and criminals will have them!!! Shows what little you know you fucking retard!!!!

Ummm...the only ones allowed to sell massive amounts of guns is the ATF and DOJ. But only to Mexican drug lords and gangs...so they can shoot our border patrol agents. Repeal the 2nd amendment....yeah, that'll happen.
