Graffiti on Verizon Cabinets

So Verizon has several roadside utility cabinets in my Fairfax County neighborhood. Some of them have been vandalized with graffiti, and I haven't had any luck getting Verizon to come clean them up. Has anyone reported this kind of thing to Verizon and actually convinced them to fix it?

If it is MS13 graffiti then keep your mouth shut and celebrate the diversity.

What if a cop or gang member catches you doing it? Additionally, you would need Verizon's permission to clean or cover it up legally.

They won't even fix them when the cover is missing and wires are hanging out.

I just paint "is gay" under the tag. That way, when the vandal sees it, it lowers his self-esteem and he feels bad.
