Looking for place to try-out new Golf Drivers

Does anyone know any golf place in Northern VA where I can try out some new golf drivers on a real range before I buy one? Hitting into a mat in the store doesn't give me the feedback I want before I purchase.

Most ranges have a pro shop, see if they will let you try stuff there.

Most of the private ranges will have what they call a Demo Day where you can hit the new drivers/irons from many manufacturers. Not sure about a date for one around here but they all have phone numbers and I'm sure if you call they would give you the info on their next demo day. The county parks with ranges don't usually do this type of thing. Top Golf may have a demo day as well but I'm not sure.

Most golf courses do have a fine pro shop that sell most of the big name clubs. Act like you are serious about a few clubs and they will allow you to take them to the range and hit a few balls. Then go to a sporting goods store and buy the same club for much less then the pro show would charge. That is what I have done.
