If anyone got caught in queens or nyc for that matter please don't hesitate to contact me. My email is jesuislajustice0@gmail.com.

I will write my story in detail when I have more time, but for now I would like to get in contact with some other victims that got caught as well. Just to get more info. I too feel I got caught by the guy with the tattoos, however when I bit, he was with a shill (accomplice).

Quick info, I got caught by forest park near the two bus stops q55 and q37, by reading other testimonies I feel like he was probably heading towards the gas station not to far from where I was.

I saw a YouTube video where Someone posted that a victim got caught in fresh pond and metropolitan.

My all point in where I am getting at is that I feel we can catch these guys if we work together (at least in nyc).

The photo I am posting is the final moment of one of the most assinine transactions I have ever agreed to. The scum Italian which I now surmise to be a romanian gypsy tells me to take a picture of his email address. Tells me to hit him up so i can stay with him Italy in his place and also wear his collection at his next fashion exhibition. Yes, I fell for the whole thing.

It took a lot of courage to finally admit that he fucked me good.

Yup same thing happened to me in Edmonton Alberta. Guy flagged me down and said he was coming from a store in West Edmonton Mall and he was wondering where the airport was. Then he told me he had 6 jackets and he got them as a gift and couldn't bring them all back to Italy because of some import tax. Told him I have no money and he said they were $1000 jackets and pulled the Armani site up on my phone and I continued to tell him I had no money for jackets and pointed to where the airport was and told him to have a nice day

The three phoney Armani jackets that I got sucked in by his airport line in Toronto Yorkville area smell so bad that they are going to get thrown in the dumpsters as the Plastic is very bad for you. July 22 2015

Asked for directions to 401 and than gave me 3 jackets free but wanted to help him on the 4th jacket to buy his wife iPad so wanted to know how much can I give him. I gave his jackets back and said have no money on me . Damn good thing I didn't fall for it.

I met the guy in downtown Palo Alto, CA on Lytton. Same story.... He just finished a show and needed directions to the airport. He was driving a SUV and wanted to show me some of the samples as he didn't want to carry it back to Italy.

I suspected something was fishy as he didn't seemed like hr was in a hurry if he was trying to catch a plane, and we were having a pleasant, but long discussion.

Watch out, reporting the same exact thing as everyone HERE IN Montreal! Even used Fashion week festival here. Don't be scammed and walk away, if its too good to be true, then it certainly is.

Used the same tricks: approached me by asking where the airport direction is. lighter flame on leather, giving all as "presents", but selling one for car rental fees. There's only one italian guy, and in a rush to catch his flight. Very good salesman, very nice attitude. BEWARE!

The post above me^^. That same guy. Heavy Italian accent. I Bump into him at the alley behind my house. He was driving a black Audi SUV. Vehicle seemed like a rental from Avis or Hertz (not sure). He said he needed help getting to the airport. (Airport is 10 min away).

I could tell it was a scam the moment he gave me his business card. The card itself was all black with Georgio Armani in big letters on top. How could I tell it was a scam? The back of the card was all white. The card itself felt cheap as hell.

He offered 4 jackets. Said he didn't want to pay "tax" on them. Was selling them for 1200$. I said no, was polite and that was that. The jackets seemed like REALLY good fakes (and I know my fakes). He kept asking me my size in order to "give him some of the jackets".

Basically same old shpeal as the posts on this thread the only difference being the quality of jackets and the type of car (high end SUV). The price he was charging was also a lot more than others have been asked (The jackets themselves probably costs less than 30$ to make).

Beware of smooth talking Italian guy trying to sell emporio luxury watches from a black SUV. Trying to sell five watches for the price of one. Has a fake website emporioluxurywatches.com. and fake passport with tons of credit cards. I think he also try to get your credit card information. The website is fake with a limited selections of watches.

Guy will give you a sob story about not being able to pay taxes on the watches before he goes back to Italy. Pretends that he is lost with a map to get to the airport. Very sneaky. Call the police after he approaches and get his license plates number. He is trying to purchase I-phones with the money he receives. Pass the word. He removes his website after he leaves your area.

03/10/15 - DUBAI_UAE.

Same story (looking for airport/don't want to pay taxes for suits that had as 'leftovers' after an exhibition in Abu Dhabi/want to buy his daughter a birthday present/want to be your friend blablabla but now happening in...Dubai). 2 fat guys in their late 50s-early 60s (not the guy pictured before though, so these guys are a big team). Story didn't hold up a)why would you fly from/out of Dubai if you're visiting Abu Dhabi b)guy (Marco btw-for today anyway) said he's based in Milan but his card said...Rome. He did drop the 'Emporio Armani' word but I know the brand well and actually told him these are not such so he didn't insist. Btw his card does not mention Emporio Armani-just Emporio A Collezione. But actually the 3 suits + 1 jacket offered for 'free' were of good quality and bargained a good price for them so no regrets! The creepy part is I was actually planning to buy a couple of suits in the same cut/colour...! The whole experience is quite dodgy so if you decide to buy, at least make sure the quality is good and price is reasonable.

These guys are currently in Dubai driving a GMC SUV.
Offering Italian suits.
Same description as the guys in NYC.
Worst business card I ever saw, looks like a kids school project.

The short guy was so funny I listened to his "pitch" and had a laugh with him.....very obviously a scam...but he was very polite and not that pushy.

They were in the Meadows district of Dubai, waiting outside a gym in their car asking for directions.

Yesterday faced with one of them in Dubai driving white Honda CR-V (by Hertz).
All the same story with help to airport, suits from excibition and bla-bla-bla.
Unfortunately due to deep evening and strong fatigue I didn't pay a proper attention to a dialog and finally offered him myself! a 300$ (1200dhm) for the "gift" of three suits and a leather bag...it's a first time ever in my life I had such a stupid fuckup, so paid the price for experience.
What's good is that fabric quality is more less fine and suits would probably fit some of my friend who used to follow office dress-code.

One guy = Italian? came to me when I walked on the street.
He was driving white FIAT, looked very new car.
He said he wants to drive back to Italy but his card is not availabe
because of Casino and no cash to have gas.
He gave me 2 jackets as a gift and business card, and beg money for gas.
I gave him 50.00euro that I had.
He told me to go a bank to have more cash, but I refused and went away.

The jacket is LA SRTORIA brand? The appearance are no bad
but not good, as other people say.

F..king Italian!!

He's back in Sherman Oaks. Same Wells Fargo parking lot as posted back on October 26, 2013. Two years later, same story. Wanted directions to airport, wanted to give me a gift. Gives me his Giorgio Armani business card: "Francesco Q." (How cute). With an email of armani@hotmail.com (Really??). Shows the three lather and one suade jacket, and has me hold an Armani bag as he puts them in there, then says "they are for you." Yeah, right. Time to go. I just said goodbye. I loved the way he would play with his broken English/Italian and double talk. If you work for Armani, why would you be bringing back Armani jackets to Italy to begin with?

Beware, everyone! The guy was in Washington DC on around Dupont Circle! Thank goodness I did not get scammed. I noticed the red flags but I didn't leave fast enough. I was walking back home from work when this guy pulled over in his rental SUV and asked me for directions to Dulles International Airport. He told me he was from Milano, Italy and that he was here for a business trip. He told me he got rejected for help from someone else so I felt sorry for him and gave him directions. The guy then introduced himself as "Rocco," a manager from Giorgio Armani. I thought this was impressive. He then showed me 3 nice leather jackets that he would give me for free from Giorgio Armani. FIRST RED FLAG. I thought the jackets were nice and I couldn't believe it. I went along to see what he had to say. He said he had to give these jackets away because he doesn't want to pay the "customs tax." SECOND RED FLAG. There is no such thing. I've traveled outside of the country and I had to pay no tax. Also, as a manager for Armani, one must be making bank and he should be able to pay for it. He then talked about his kids and told me he has no cash and he wants to buy his kids an iPod and a Xbox before he returns to Italy. THIRD RED FLAG. It is strange that a manager from Armani does not have cash on him. He asked me for 1000 dollars for the third jacket and I told him I am completely broke, but I might have 150 dollars in my bank. He immediately tells me fine, can you withdraw the 150 dollars and I can pay the rest. FOURTH RED FLAG! First he tells me he has no cash to pay for an iPod and a Xbox and then he tells me that "I can pay the rest"!?!? God. I played along and I knew something strange was going on. The FIFTH RED FLAG was I tried searching him up on google while I was next to him and I couldn't find his name. I repeatedly asked him to give me his business card, but he would not give it to me. He tried to make me feel guilty by saying that I don't trust him and that I offended him. He was absurd. A business card is just a piece of paper with your name and contact info. I just wanted to look at it. He showed me it but wouldn't let me hold it. The business card and not being able to find him on google was a deal break. I should have left in the beginning. I was fooled, but luckily I didn't fall for his scam and give him money. Thank god that I am a broke college student. :P

I wonder if my trucker hubby somehow ran across some of these. He was at a truck stop in PA when he ran across an Italian couple trying to get to Newark Airport from NY, seemingly lost. They said they were from Milan and barely spoke English. They had passports, plane tickets, and a rental car. He gave them directions to the airport and even helped to fix a flat tire.

They gave him a leather jacket (for me) that has tags that say AC Dimilano Last Collection. I know leather and this is real - a nice suede with a pleasant leathery scent. They never tried to sell him anything.

So, it could have been a scam or not.

Same shit just happend to me in the Bay Area California. Same bullshit story about the airport and lighter trick. I could tell by his body language that he was not interested in my directions to the airport once I gave them to him, but rather moving on to show me how thankful he was about it....Fucking bullshit, if you're a rich motherfucking designer and can't pay tax fee on the shit that you designed, wtf. But I understood why he wanted to get rid of them(maybe just wanted to avoid bullshit fees on the way back) then I could tell he was very disappointed when I said I didn't have any money. He had me till, "ya I need money for tax fee for my daughters iPhone that I'm taking to italy" (that was the only item he was taking according to him)
Shit looked legit tho, but my gut senses were tingling.

Hi. It's crazy, they're everywhere, I was approached by two Italian guys at the mall today, the driver asked me for directions to the airport, after I told him how to get there he said he was a designer for Armani, he said they were coming back from a fashion show, and he had a few jackets left, he asked me what size I was, then he offered me a jacket for my help.. I know there is nothing free so I told him I didn't have any money, he insisted for me to see the jackets, I told him no again and walked away.. Be carefully besides being polite they are very convincing...

Turn $6 into $1,000’s!!! No Scam, Read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS REALLY CAN MAKE YOU EASY
MONEY!! IT WORKS !!! BUT YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW IT TO THE LETTER FOR IT TO
WORK!!!!
A little while back, I was browsing through newsgroup, just
like you are now and came across an article similar to this that said
you could make thousands dollars within weeks with only an initial
investment of $6.00! So I thought, “Yeah, right, this must be a scam”,
but like most of us, I was curious, so I kept reading. : Anyway, it
said that you send $1.00 to each of the 6 names and address stated in
the article. You then place your own name and address in the bottom of
the list at #6, and post the article in at least 200 newsgroup. (There
are thousands) No catch, that was it. So after thinking it over, and
talking to few people first, I thought about trying it. I figured what
have I got to lose except 6 stamps and $6.00, right? Like most of us I
was a little skeptical and a little worried about the legal aspects of
it : All, So I checked it out with the U.S. Post Office and they confirmed that it is indeed legal! Then I
invested the measly $6.00. Well GUESS WHAT!!?. Within 7 days, I started
getting money in the mail! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon,
but the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made about
$25.00. By the end second week I had made a total over $1,000.00! In
the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it’s still growing. This is
now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $42,000.00 and
it’s still coming in rapidly. Its : Certainly worth $6.00, and 6
stamps, I have spent more than that on the lottery!! Let me tell you
HOW this works and most importantly, WHY it works! Also, make sure you
print a copy of this article NOW, so you can get the information off of
it as you need it.

STEP 1: Get 6 separate pieces of paper and write the
following on each piece of paper “PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST.”

STEP 2: Now get 6 US $1.00 bills and place ONE inside EACH of the 6 pieces of
paper so the bill will not be seen through the envelope to prevent
thievery.

STEP 3: Next, place one paper in each stating the above phrase, your
name and address, and a $1.00 bill. What you are doing is creating a
service by this. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL!

STEP 4: Mail the 6 envelopes to the
following addresses:

#5) Erika Evans, 1103 forest ave, bronx NY, 10456
#6) Milad Abadi, 7749 Quail Run Lane, Manassas, Va, 20109

STEP 5: Now take the #1 name off the list that you see above, move the
other names up (6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, etc?.) and add YOUR Name as
number 6 on the list.

STEP 6: Change anything you need to, but try to
keep this article as close to original as possible.

STEP 7: Now, post your
amended article to at least 200 newsgroups, message board. (I think
there are close to 24,000 groups) All you need is 200, but remember,
the more you post, the more money you make!

SO START NOW!!!!!

REMEMBER, THE MORE NEWSGROUPS OR MESSAGE BOARD YOU
POST IN, THE MORE MONEY YOU WILL MAKE!!
BUT YOU HAVE TO POST A MINIMUM OF 200**

That’s it! You will begin
receiving money from around the world within days! You may eventually
can rent a P.O. Box due to the large amount of mail you will receive.
If you wish to stay anonymous, you can invent a name to use, as long as
the postman will deliver it.

**JUST MAKE SURE ALL THE ADDRESSES ARE
CORRECT. ** :

Now the WHY part: Out of 200 postings, say I receive only
5 replies (a very low example). So then I Made $5.00 with my name at #6
on the letter. Now, each of the 5 persons who just sent me $1.00 make
the MINIMUM 200 postings, each with my name at #5 and only 5 persons
respond to each of the original 5, that is another $25.00 for me, now
those 25 each make 200 MINIMUM posts with my name at #4 and only 5
replies each, I will bring in an additional :$125.00! Now, those 125
persons turn around and post the MINIMUM 200 with my name at #3 and
only receive 5 replies each, I will make an additional $625.00! OK, now
here is the fun part, each of those 625 persons post a MINIMUM 200
letters with my name at #2 and they only receive 5 replies, that just
made me $3,125.00!!! Those 3,125 persons will all deliver this message
to 200 newsgroups with my name at #1 and if still 5 persons per 200
newsgroups react I will receive $15,625.00! With an original investment
of only $6.00! AMAZING! When your name is no longer on the list, you
just take latest posting in the newsgroups, and send out another $6.00
to names on the list, putting your name at number 6 again. And start
posting again. The thing to remember is, do you realize that thousands
of people all over the world are joining the internet and reading these
articles everyday, JUST LIKE YOU are now!! So can you afford $6.. and
see if it really works!! I know it to be true! People have said, ‘what
if the plan is played out and no one sends you: the money? So what are
the chances of that happening when there are tons of new honest users
and new honest people who are joining the internet and newsgroups
everyday and are willing to give it a try? Estimates are at 20,000 to
50,000 new users, every day, with thousands of those joining the actual
Internet. Remember, play FAIRLY and HONESTLY and this will work. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?!?!?!?
——————————————————–

Seriously,
most people think this is a scam, but you actually do get thousands of
dollars out of it, it is NOT another stupid scam, if people follow
through with sending out $6, it works!!!!!

As a manager for distribution of Armani Worldwide, I carry always samples left over from fashion shows. All over the world I sell. Harry Rosen, Neiman Marcus, Boots.

Retail $2000+ and all I ask for is directions to the airport and a few dollars for iPad.

Beautiful coats and suits are more expensive than iPad, but what my daughter do with suits?

I hope you like your suits. Smell because so fresh. Let me share secret.. window cleaner ammonia best to clean and make smell new, like fine italian leather.

I was in a Safeway parking lot today (Jan. 18, 2016) in Novato, Calif. when a well dressed guy pulls up in a MBZ and asks me for directions to the freeway to get to the airport in San Francisco. He is very friendly, asks some questions about me, Italy, etc. Parks his MBZ and says he is a director of the Armani Collezioni and hands me a business card "Antonio Volpe" general mgr. A.C. Collezioni. He says he is returning to Italy tonight and has some genuine Armani leather and suede mens and women jackets that he has been selling to local clothing stores in Sonoma. He would prefer not to take these coats back with him to Italy. He brings out each leather jacket from plastic wrap and says: "I would like you to have these 3 mens leather and suede jackets for free because you have been so kind." He places them in a large plastic bag which he then hands to me to hold. I said, "I really don't need them but if they are free I'll take them but I'm not going to give you any money." "No, No" he says in passable english with an Italian accent, "No money for me." He then begins to show me some womens Armani leather jackets, which he claims sell for $1, 600. He then says "I have a daughter Helena in Italy and I would like to bring her something from California. If you would buy her an iPad (not the large one) I will give you these mens and women's jackets." I tell him, "you know, I really didn't want these coats to begin with and I'm not buying anyone an Ipad, I handed him back the plastic bag and said " Arrivederci" He asks, "Did I offend you?" "No, I just don't want to buy any jackets today"...and kept walking. I then checked out the internet, found this website and am sharing my story

Well he got me. Same story and I fell for it. Directions to the airport, too much luggage, buy my kid an iPod @ duty free shop, etc. Well rehearsed for sure with a very heavy Italian accent. SO I got nailed for $300 for 5 jackets. Have to wonder, where these jackets come from and what they really cost. Hard way to actually make a living in my opinion. Guess I'll donate them to a charity and take the tax write off for them. Cut my losses that way and someone will benefit from having a nice jacket to wear even if it is not "real", it is a nice jacket.

Got taken yesterday heading home from church, a man in a white SUV, well dressed Italian, ask me for directions to DIA (Denver airport), wanted $535.00 dollars to buy is wife a purse for her birthday, said he can't use his credit card, just left Cherry Creek shopping center and spent all of his money; he had four leather jacket that he doesn't want to pay taxes on, and is headed back to Italy.Showed me his passport. Like a "Dumb Bell" I told him to follow me home and see what the wife thinks of the jackets. Gave him a $100, he gave me one of the jackets. Took it to a high end Men's clothing store, they stated that the jacket is worth about
$500 bucks...yes, I got taken, but thank God I didn't give him the $500 he wanted. He also wanted me to use a ATM , but I told him I don't even know how to use them.

the same guy stopped to ask for directions while I was sitting at a gas station literally one mile from DFW. Since you could literally see signs to the airport I knew something was up. He pulled out a jacket (similar pitch as above) and I looked it over. He said he would give it to me for my assistance in pointing him to the airport. Then he started trying to sell me more jackets. So I looked it up on Alibaba and found the exact same jacket with prices from $9 to $15. I ended up buying 3 jackets for $50 and a so-so quality Rolex watch for $10. So he got me for $60 in total but the jackets are definitely worth it.

Ran into one of these jokers in the parking lot where I work in Cupertino. He asked for directions to the airport so he could head back to Italy. I gave him directions but I don't think he paid attention. Then he starts conversing about work, then into fashion. He wants to give me 3 of his $1,000 jackets to avoid paying duties. Sorry, we are good at math here and the tax is cheaper than just dumping a jacket. The dress code in Cupertino is blue jeans and on fancy nights it is ironed blue jeans. Once I caught on to his scheme I gave him a firm NO and he scurried. I should have got his license plate and reported him. Anyway, heed the warnings.

Yeah. This literally just happened to me too. Except I didn't give the guy any money. He came up asking for directions while in his SUV and said that for giving him the directions he wanted to give me the jackets but said he needed a small favor. The favor was to buy an iPod for his son (Who wasn't with him. He was alone.) because it was his son's birthday. I declined then he kept asking for money. He was like "well how much do you have? Maybe we can work something out. Can you borrow from your saving? You must have a credit card." I left after that. He did give me his business card before left. leaving illusive comics in santa clara (great store, check it out some time). same story as you guys. hilarious. guy stops. nice car. nice suit. asks for directions to the airport. I say your right next the airport, SJC is right there. he says no, SFO. So I tell him to get on 101 North and that he went to the wrong airport (being italian is no excuse for being foolish). He says he is a fashion designer and was at fashion week and would like to repay me. shows me jackets that seem to my untrained unfashionable eye as nice jackets. lets me try one on (sleek - black- plasticy- very sexy). then he makes an almost unintelligible suggestion about getting an iPad for his son (his english was broken in what I did think at the time was an italian accent). its 250 dollars, but he would like 100. I say I'm not exchanging money, but I did offer him a 6 dollar random avenger mini-figurine, which a small child would love. he turns down my offer. so i gave him back the jacket and went home. I wonder what the daily expected earnings are when they do this....

Heavy italian accent, almost couldnt understand him (too bad i could...) Claimed to have a rented car, showed me a lighter test of his jackets. This happened in Fremont, CA.

Same thing happened to me today in Myrtle Beach. Two Italian guys who smelled like poop came up to me in a parking lot and asked me to poop on their faces. I told them I would have to think about it. I wasn't sure if pooping on another man's face was really a good idea. Just then a flock of sea gulls came along and pooped all over the two Italian men. They were covered in bird poop. At that moment I knew they had nearly scammed me and I left to poop at a nearby Wendy's.

IMPORTANT ANALYSIS
Date: May 31, 2016 09:09AM

Be aware, they are spotted in Seattle asking about directions to the airport. They claim to bring clothes back from the fashion shows they attended to Italy and because of the 45% VAT, they want to get rid of it by giving to people for free and ask for a payment for their VAT. They just look like people in the photo posted here. In fact i am pretty sure it is the same person. It seems there are more than one group doing it, it might be an organized international fraudulent organization with clear operation protocols and ways of getting the goods they claim to belong to the famous brands. The quality of the jackets are reasonable however, the small of the chemicals makes people uncomfortable. They were last spotted traveling in pair in a white Infiniti and claim to own another Porsche. In fact, the brand and license plate of their cars are not as important in this case, since they can easily rent a different one with a fake ID each time. Their passport photos looks nothing like the real person and they have a certain taste of fashion. It seems they have been doing it for a long time and their techniques are getting smoother each time since they first spotted in 2011. They seem to be doing it all over the world, thus reporting to the local police will likely have very limited effect. Besides, the contact information provided on the different versions of business cards don't actually work, so don't even bother contacting them. People above mentioned that they might not be Italian but Russian, this might be possible for at least one of them who can speak Russian. It also might be possible some of them are Spanish since at least one of them speak Spanish as well. However, judging from the look, accent, behavioral code and the past similar incidents, the majority of them are probably Italians.

Their logic don't usually add up: (1) Designers for Armani or any other famous brands will usually be rich enough to afford the VAT. (2) They don't need to pay VAT if they bring stuff back to Italy as they brought out of the stuff from Italy by themselves. (3) If number two is not true, it will self contradict with their claim that the stuff is made in Italy. (4) Why do they need cash instead of transfer if it is so legit, cash deal has been known for a very effective way of tax evasion and underground dealing. (5) If they are so good at reading the map and can drive to the airport after you speak to them briefly, why don't them just read the map by themselves. (6) If they are for the fashion show, why can they not ask the people at the fashion show for traveling arrangement and direction? (7) Why can they not ask the direction from their hotel staff? (8) It is unbelievable that designers for major companies cannot afford and don't know how to use GPS. (9) Even if the story about paying VAT is true, it is unbelievable that they don't think about it earlier and giving stuff away to stranger pedestrians they meet on their way to the airport. (10) If the stuff are made in Italy, why do they have to bring them back from the show overseas to their families? (11) If they are so concerned by VAT, they can mail the cloth they try to take back. There are definitely multiple ways they can get rid of the clothes other than giving to random people. (12) Armani or any other big company designers don't use the company official email address on their business cards is highly suspicious along with the fact that not only they don't use the official email address, they also wrote their business name in their personal address ends with any of the major email service provider name after '@'. (13) There is no reason for them to ask for payment if they truly just want to give them away. (14) Even if all is true, why do we have to cover for their VAT and their own mistake of taking so many Italian branded apparels back to Italy. Why not them just ask us to pay for their retirement, education, ... (15) They can just give the extra clothes to the local stores that sell them.

Some of the information we can infer about them and their organization: (1) It is a world wide organization with well established link and way of conducting fraud. (2) They travel and have no fixed place of operation. (3) They are considerably rich to afford all the travel, good clothes and all the money pretty much came from the victims. They only do it for such a long time because it is profitable and many victims might go unreported or unaware. (4) They are not part of the Mafia, as they are afraid of low level local law enforcement authority means they don't have a deep and a widespread connection with them unlike the Mafia type organizations which feeds on corruption. They also did not specifically use violence to achieve their means, it is rather by definition and style, not mafia like. In fact, they seem to be quite afraid of violence. They are more likely to be a international fraud organization originated in Italy. (5) They are mostly Italians with possible Russian and Spanish members. (6) They are quite polite and have above median quality clothes, thus they at least put a lot of effort into it and they have been doing it for years. Thus, it might make catching them hard if they put a lot of thoughts into it and have been doing it for years. (7) They have a stable supply of their goods they use for fraud.

If they are gone, they are gone. If encountered, it is the best to walk away. However, if anybody who have a sense a justice encounter them the next time can offer to show them the direction of the airport/bank by going with their car (if they offer that option) or try to drive it (they do offer that sometimes to act more legit as not familiar of the local traffic) and bring them to the authority. Offered enough evidence, they can be convicted as frauds.

For US victims, it is the best to bring their card or products they give you to the police to identify their fingerprints. If they travel around the world and are foreigners, the US custom would have had already their finger prints taken down before they enter.

Violence will not solve anything, it will only make you guilty and them the victims. Which will not only achieve justice but brings out more injustice.

However, at least they did in a polite and civilized way, nobody is physically harmed. If we say no, they just drive away. They won't go out into fraud if they have a way to make better living, thus giving them the asked money is a charity to them. They are just another tragedy created by the failed economy and welfare system.

We need to start spreading the message to more places and possibly form an association of victims of their scam and try to offer evidence of their crimes around the world as a group to make our voice bigger and give their operation a blow. Their tactics only work when we are not aware of them and they move around to seek out for virgin population they haven't raped yet.
