crazy diaper guy in Herndon

anyone ever see the crazy diaper guy who used to stand on the corner on Elden Street, across from Anita's in Herndon? I remember seeing him a few times as a kid when I would go to the comic book store in the shopping center there across from the Anita's after church. He used to stand out there in a diaper and a tank top, holding a sign....can't remember what the sign said. I think the last time I saw him was like around 2002. The weird thing was, he didn't look like just some weird homeless guy....he always acted like he was perfectly lucid and aware of his surroundings, which was really strange. Anyone remember him?

Sounds like a Baby Huey sighting.

No but I am very familiar with the crazy “paper towel guy” from Burke. He use to walk around the shopping centers in the 90s with paper towels wrapped around his head and face. Apparently, he was afraid of germs or aliens, or both.
