On the corner there is a huge construction site just before one turns on Judicial drive. What is going in there?

Expansion of ADC aka Adult Detention Center. I think thats what it is , I might be wrong, I am fairly new to Fairfax

they seem to "accidentally" omitted all information about the courthouse.

$115 million for the expansion and renovation of the Jennings Judicial Center. When complete, Circuit, General District and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court will be in one building.

I don't think you people understand where Trickie is talking about. As another poster pointed out, the site in question is Judicial & MAIN (Rt 236)....next to the nursing home. The Courthouse/jail shit is on the other side of Judicial. They tore down some old brick garden apartments on the site.
I've been wondering what's going in there myself...anybody know? The $$$$$$$$$$$ townhouses make some sense...but in this market?
