Is it safe to visit the Capitol of the United States of America?
One in five people in D.C. are HIV positive. That means when you throw out all the people who you know don't have HIV, it pretty much means everyone you see walking the streets has HIV or full blown aids. Enough to keep me from ever entering the city. The largest group is 40-49 year old women who get from a male who is on the down low. (a sodomite). Pretty sick statistic.

Yeah, it's scary to think that in a local bar there are at least two or three people with AIDS.

Where'd you get that from? On the NBC website it says: The 120-page report, which is the city's first on HIV/AIDS since 2000, shows that about 1 in 20 city residents has HIV and 1 in 50 have AIDS, with the disease growing at an alarming rate in the black community.

There should just be STD clearance cards so I know if a girl is clean or not. No sense me wasting my money buying shots for a girl with AIDS.

Yeah, because you can contract HIV just by walking by someone with AIDS.
