2 Dudes - Braddock Road & Reston

For quite some time now I see a man walking up and down Braddock Road playing a tuba. This guy can be seen anywhere on Braddock between 495 and George Mason campus. Anybody see this guy and know his deal?

Second guy I saw today in Reston - old man with long white beard, sweeping and cleaning the median on Elden Street in Reston/Herndon area. My co-worker said the guy is out cleaning all the time. He believes the guy is just doing it because he's bored and not getting paid. Anyone seen this guy and know his deal?

I see this guy sometimes near GMU with a tuba and a helicopter like thing on the top. Strange.

Never seen the tuba player, but the other guy with the white beard in Reston I have seen lots of times. He's always over in Reston and we've seen him at the median strip on the Fairfax County Parkway. He seems like a homeless guy with a broom and he used to be out there all the time cleaning the bike path with it. Very strange!

I dont know about the guy with a beard but the tuba guy is safe, nothing to be afraid of, he has been doing that for several years and just plays the tuba and minds his own business.

I have seem the old man for over 20 years now. He has looked 70 ever since I was 8 and to this day he looks the same, i guess he never ages. I beep and wave at him ever time I see him he always waves back with a smile. I have seem people stop and provide him with cleaning supplies. lol i wonder where he dumps all the trash?

He was working the median of Baron Cameron in front of TD Bank. He's lost some weight over the last two years since this pic.

Last time, I was on Route 606, I missed him.
