Power Washing Exterior Siding - How much and who to call?

I'm looking to get my exterior siding cleaned and wanted info from anyone else who has gone through this process. Appx. cost for a townhome and any recommendations would be appreciated

Try the house wash stuff that you hook to the end of a garden hose. It worked well for me and is a fraction of the cost of getting it power washed.

avoid low ballers that just show up and spray your house with bleach. It will look good for a month or two then it will look the same or worse as lots of stuff re-grows on the grim they didnt remove.

I would steer clear of Deck Tech it looked great for a month but then the stains just came back.
