2008 Springfield murders partially solved

Hello, I just wanted to post this, because I don't think it had been posted yet. They charged one of the guys responsible for the robbery/ triple stabbing in Springfield that happened back in 2008. Does anyone here remember that? I remember a thread when it happened. Here's the link...

http://www.fairfaxtimes.com/cms/story.php?id=3420

One of the brothers killed was a childhood friend and baseball teammate of mine growing up through high school. Thankfully the FFX police and federal agencies didn't give up.

I realize that one or more the guys killed that night might have been selling weed, but I know that they weren't all dealers. And that doesn't justify any of their deaths, in any fucking way.

GOD BLESS

I recall that case. Those boys were not stabbed. They had their limbs cut off and were hacked to death. Rumor has it the Strope boys' father was 5.0 somewhere locally, and the boys were fronted lots of dope to sell. Rumor has it the boys used up the dope, and when it came time to pay the Jamacian dealers....well you know the rest.

I went to high school with Andres aka Andy and knew him pretty well. Hope they convict and execute the fucks behind the murders.

Thanks for posting the update. Very grateful they caught one of the persons who did this home invasion/murder. Too bad the other one couldn't be brought to court, but he certainly had an unpleasant ending to his own life.

Hope this brings a small sense of peace to the friends and family of the victims. In spite of their activity, they did not deserve to die like this.

"Rumor has it" translates to "I'm completely pulling this next part out of my ass" in this statement.

That's a brilliant criminal
