Franklin Farm and Fairfax County Parkway

Does anyone know what is going on near Franklin Farm and the Fairfax County Parkway? There are lots of police cars and two helicopters circling.

Last I heard something was going down at Oak Hill Elementary. Apparently its dying down though.
