any place to get a gym like experience for free?

I am in need of going to the gym treadwheel, etc.... but no money any place offers free admission?

Some of the Golds were advertising no contract memberships, I think that is the closest you will find to what you are looking for.

Gyms are fine if you want to use various machines, but various machines are totally unnecessary if you simply want to get in shape, lose weight, you know...achieve what you want to achieve at a gym.

There are LOTS of different exercises to attack all the different muscles groups as well as, of course, cardiovascular system.

Most (if not all) are easy to find via Google.

All free, of course.

And if you can't go outside: jumping jacks, steps (up a couple, down a couple, rinse, repeat), all sorts of "squat thrusts" variations, etc etc etc

heck, just watch some boobtube and see all the infomercials for exercise routines like "Insanity". No equipment necessary to get that heart thumpin'.

Just figure out where all the gyms are, stop by each one on a day you want to work out, ask about a trial memebership!
