University Mall theatres, Fat tuesday's and Brion's Grille

Will all or some of these businesses be biting the dust once the University Mall is rebuilt?

The Hobby store too?

The restaurants will remain, not sure about the theater. I think it is staying too.

the vet may stay, prolly Kinkos (wont say the new name) also

but yeah, the rents are gonna go thru the ROOF once it's all said and done

that little quick-E mart in the back is gonna go, that for sure

Giant may stay if they decide to renovate and get more sq footage out of it.........

Giant is staying and not gaining any SF. The vet is staying as is the daycare.

I hope we don't lose this wonderful little movie theater! I think it delivers the best value of any small business in northern Virginia. At what other theater can a family with kids see a movie for less than $10? T

That little Thai restaurant, Tong Thai, is is best damn Thai food, period. I hope they can weather the storm, too.

That is the only place where you can experience authentic Thai heat. Plus, it's like 2/3 the price of most other places.
