I haven't seen a Bald Eagle around here in a while. The last one I remember was up on a telephone pole on the old Reston Avenue, before they finished the Wiehle Ave. extension.

I now see bald eagle regularly on my commute on the GW parkway. Look up when you pass the CIA and around the Key Bridge.

all around the occoquan in clifton....i take my boat out there and sometimes see as many as 3 or 4 in a day...it is neat. yes.

I did a google image search of "bald eagles" after reading the OP. I don't think I'd want to risk, however, doing the same for "bald beavers"...
