It really is that simple..."f any person without authority of law goes upon or remains upon the lands, buildings or premises of another, or any portion or area thereof, after having been forbidden to do so"
Forbidden to do so; If they forbid alcohol and I have alcohol in my hand, cooler, cup, whatever; I instantly go from patron to trespasser.
Also, on a side note, to those that have never been to Wolf Trap; Keep in mind that this property is maintained by the National Park Service. SO, any crimes committed land you in federal court to include, DUI, Underage Alcohol Possession and Possession of Marijuana, etc.
