Does anyone know a good dentist in Fairfax area? I just applied for insurance a little less then a month ago but it wont go in affect for another 2 months. Basically there is a 90 waiting period before I can actually use the insurance. I guess I chipped my back tooth on something at the dinner. I need fillings done on two back teeth. I am assuming I am going to end up paying full cost in cash. Does anyone know how much should I expect to pay for two fillings and if any of the dentist do payment plans or give discounts on cash payments? Who is one of the better dentists out there? Thank You

I gave them a call and just set up an appointement for exam and xrays at $97. Hopefully I just need the filling, because I chipped the back wall of the back lower tooth pretty bad. They said it might be something as filling which is only about $200 a tooth so it will be under $500 for both which is really the budget I have for this until the insurance kicks in or as high as $2500 if they cant repair the tooth and I need a crown but in that case I will just wait out until my insurance kicks in. Damn Chilis......

God damn it, I ended up with a filling and a crown. They stuck me with the temporary one and I have to come back in 2 weeks for the real thing. It sucks being 20 and already having a crown. I did end up going to the Herndon location doctor that was suggested. Sure glad I brought my check book with me. $1238 for everything including exam. Damn insurance wont kick it until December and didnt feel like waiting. Very good doctor and great staff. Overall pretty happy. Jar is sill numb from the crown work but everything was very painless. Thanks for helping out!!!

Pat very good hygienist. Does necessary work, while honest and does not do that is not needed. Front of office well run, two people answer phones on most days.

When was in their office late summer 2021 just for a check up, at least until then they told me they never had a known COVID infection in their office from the beginning of the pandemic in 2020.
