Does anyone go to Champs on Sundays to watch football? Is it decent? Never been.

Nope. It's a sports bar in a mall. Either of those things individually would make it not worth my time. Together, they are to be avoided at all costs.

the food is good if your drunk. The people that work there are alcoholics/stoners/ disfunctional, but that doesnt really distinguish the people at champs from a lot of the other restaurants in the area.

I've never been in there for a game, but I did eat there this past summer. The food was pretty ho-hum, I had a cuban sandwich and they put too much mustard on it. The service was also very slow even though the place was fairly empty. Maybe it was just off day for them, though I wouldn't drive all the way out there just to go there again. It's basically as distinguished as TGI Friday's or Applebee's.

Anyway, it might be an OK place for sports, but I wouldn't walk in there with any high expectations if you decide to go there for a game.

I've never been there when a game is on, but I've never seen a place around here that is completely dead like Champps on a non-sports night. It's like going to a restaurant at a Holiday Inn, or something. Strange how they stay in business.

Yes. By the Cheesecake Factory.

It's on the side of the mall nobody goes to.
