of all the mattress stores, banks because panera bread is moving in.

Ah the Panera bread is moving in which looks like it'll turn that parking lot into a living nightmare
Matress Store may be gone but perhaps a new era is arising with Clawes Carpet now moving into the recently departed mattress store is Mike's Carpet store moving or are we witnessing the birth of carpet stores replacing the mattress stores along maple ave.

are there nail salons in any carpet stores?

That parking lot is already a nightmare. Between all the rugrats that show up for Fosters Grill and the silver hairs driving insanely to find a parking spot at Magruders, it can only get worse. Much worse.
