sully plaza just got safer to navigate

Peace out to that gook restaurant. Fuckin joint reeked of hot garbage and was plagued with terrible panface drivers driving slow, on the left side and not looking. Also set the trash cans on fire at least weekly when they'd deposit their lit smokes.

Place always looked packed, so I don't know how it went under, but I'm sure as shit not complaining!

I actually liked that restaurant and I am not Korean or Asian. I do not know why it closed as it was always busy and crowded. I am sorry it closed. It never smelled of garbage, btw.

The space next to Gopbaegi has been vacant for a long time and now this space will be vacant for a long time most likely. The pizza place next door is also not doing well as it is always empty, unlike Gopbaegi.

A lot of restaurants are struggling in this economy.

Gopbaegi was AWESOME. And I'm I roundeye. The Food was excellent. The wait staff made us feel welcomed and always remembered us.

This was my favorite Korean restaurant in the area. I'm bummed.

GJ, I agree with you (I posted earlier in this thread); I really liked Gopbaegi and was a regular there. I wonder what happened and if another restaurant will open somewhere else.

They had great food, the owners' daughters who worked there were really nice, the place was very clean, and they had a very busy restaurant. And yes, the staff always remembered what panchan that I liked.

They are missed. I hope they know that!
