Bloom typically has them. available through special requests at Giant. Crazy they are so difficult to find!!!

Whole Foods East Market (fair Lakes) has amazing oysters and super friendly people at the seafood bar.

Oysters, frozen and often fresh, are available from just about any Asian grocery (like, for specific example, Great Wall in McLean/Gallows Road).
