Most dry cleaners do a pretty decent job. I go to one in Falls Church at the corner of Hillwood and Annandale that has never done me wrong.

I bet the Seung-hui's will do a good job. Probably still cheap too.

The tailor across from the Giant in University Mall is wonderful. She altered a bridesmaid dress and replaced a zipper in a skirt for me. No problems whatsoever.
