Tall Balconied Building Overlooking C-Ville?

Anyone know what I'm talking about? There's a giant building under construction up near the IHOP in Centreville. It's overlooking a really, REALLY scenic view of the mountains and the rest of Centreville; A view that is definitely not fully appreciated or seen by commuters or drivers in general. This building looks to have balconies of some sort. Anyone know what it is going to be? There are no signs other than the construction company...

There is a thread about this building in the Centreville/Clifton section. All I know is that this building has been under construction forever!

It's a Mexican restaurant....They have been having permit problems.

Yup - heard it'g going to be open for lunch but will close from 2 - 4 - mandatory siestas!

Thanks! That proved extremely informative. I hope it doesn't become way too popular, because that would just sort of ruin it for anyone trying to have a relaxed drink on the balcony checking out that view. Or not, who knows. Either way I'm way too excited now.

the view is nice, but fumes from route 28 and 29 are not
