Black Guy in Hoodie and Sweats Driving a Rolls Royce

I was leaving the bank to make a deposit in Tysons this afternoon and saw a black Rolls Royce Drophead Phantom Coupe in the parking lot California plates. Next thing you know this black guy wearing a hoodie sweats and fitted gets in the car and drives off. I was like WTF? I got a quick look at him and it looked like Wiz Khalifa. He has a concert tonight in Baltimor so it might've been him.

That Rolls has been spotted cruising the westfield area. It's probably a heroin dealer.

Now I'm pretty damn sure it was Wiz. He was wearing the same grey sweats and fitted. We can learn something from this guy! A heroin dealer, come on man thats the quickest way to get caught when you stand out and show off like that.
