While looking at area around the Storage Unit fire noticed that this entire installation is secure (gaurdhouse and barriers on road leading into it):

Interesting - those links from Google Maps simply aren't working very well. The installation just north of the Air And Space Road and just east of route 28.

Ah - CIA - okay, then it's probably related to the Big Blue Spy Buildings south of 50 and north of Westfield (and west of 28) - National Reconnaissance Office. That paladium page calls it "DD". From ground level it always looked like a government building because of the flags outside, IMHO - wonder what the massive power is for, though?

The old EDS building is further north and now has an "HP" label, I believe.
