Best Christmas Lights Neighborhoods

Hey guys,

Anyone know of neighborhoods around here that really go all out with Christmas lights?

I know about the "Holly's Tacky Christmas Lights" page http://www.fairfaxchristmaslights.com/ but this just lists individual houses, not neighborhood efforts.

I know there's a street off Sterling Blvd/Church Rd that has 20 houses completely decked out with lights, trains, etc. There's another in South Riding that's pretty neat too but these are both in LOUDOUN.

Anyone know of great christmas light displays in Fairfax?

Thanks!

Try benning Rd. IN SE DC. They have some beautiful lights there.

Go to Festival of Lights at Bull Run in Manassas.

They have an "early bird special", half price between 2pm and 4pm!

In the North Point section of Reston (Fieldview Dr.). This family goes all out every year, and I've heard that it sets them back a hefty $10,000 each time:

We checked this place out the other night. I'll bet you can see it from space it's so bright.

These houses right off of the four way stop sign on manassas drive are COMPLETELY all decked out in their section of the neighborhood. There's this one house that probably only has about a foot distance between each one of it's decorations because the whole yard and house are decorated.

there's one on claret place in centreville that is so cheesy it's sad. this guy puts out the same tired lights from 1960 then sets it up to music. there's always too many on to the tune so it looks poor, and theres his lame voice between each song for like 30 seconds. what a pain he must be to his neighbors

What about Mr. Poole's house on Pimmit Drive in Pimmit Hills? It's not the lights that make it notable, but more so because it looks like Saint Nicholas had Christmas diarrhea across the front lawn.

I used to go on blunt rides thru Pimmit hills and laugh each time I saw that house. It's so terrible that it's fucking epic.

Holy crap!!!! I took a picture of this house and have it on my PS3 as the screen saver and now I see it on here. Yeah, they go all out for their lights.

Try Manassas Park - A mixture of Section 8 housing, Mexicans, White Trash, and a few Negros putting up lighting while under the influence of alcohol.
