If the ticket is not marked as reckless, it is still just a "regular" speeding ticket.
This tard could take the driver improvement course 500 times and it wouldn't get dismissed because it's common knowledge that speeding is illegal.

You just contradicted yourself. You can't say that it was the cause of your reckless ticket being dismissed and then say that it's irrelevant to the judge.
